All Shuttle® motors offer the following functions:

Controlling the curtains by Diamond Sense Remote control or wall switch by integrated Radio Frequency;
Integrated Emergency Control with automatic declutch in case of power failure, to ensure a manual operation of the curtains (standard feature);
Third-Party App control by Forest Wireless Connector;

A SMART CHOICE

When it comes to comfort, the Forest Shuttle® lives up to its expectations. Being able to open and close your drapes remotely, from the comfort of your chair, when you are on holiday, automatically at programmed opening and closing times or even linked to variable sunrise and sunset times. The Forest Shuttle® is the silent force behind the opening and closing of draperies all over the world.

The smooth and silent running curtain track system can, in addition to remote operation, also be operated by hand. Thanks to Touch Impulse technology, a gentle pull on the curtain is enough to activate the motor.

Integrated emergency control ensures manual operation of the drapery in case of power failure. The Shuttle® is capable of integrating in all major home automation systems.

FOREST SHUTTLE® L

This curtain motor has an integrated power adaptor and only needs a mains cable. Furthermore, the RF multi receiver is integrated in the motor itself, allowing for an even cleaner look of the system. In addition to this, the motor speed can be increased by up to 20%, allowing for speeds of up to 18 cm per second. Finally, the motor is able to carry curtain weights of up to 40 kg.

On top of that, this motor still incorporates the features that customers and users all around the world have come to love and appreciate, such as the noiseless operation, smooth touch control operation, automatic declutch during power failure and of course the fact that it’s used in combination with the world’s slimmest motorized curtain track system, the FMS® rail, which can be made in lengths of up to 14 meters.

The Shuttle® L integrates with your smart home technology via dry contacts and RS485 protocol for use with popular automation systems including Lutron, Control 4, Crestron, Somfy, and many others. The Z-Wave Shuttle L offers app control through Samsung's SmartThing and Amazon's Echo or Google Home devices. Or, use Z-wave's mesh network to integrate via dry contacts.

FOREST SHUTTLE® ION (BATTERY MOTOR)

Our bestselling Forest Shuttle® system is now also available in a wireless, battery powered version. The Shuttle® iOn is perfect for areas without nearby power points.

An extensive period of research, development and endurance testing on countless of track set-ups has resulted in the launch of the Forest Shuttle® iOn. The Shuttle® iOn’s motor is fitted with an internal, removable heavy duty battery pack. Depending on the track size and curtain weight, the battery only needs to be charged 2 to 3 times a year.

You can expect the same unique functionalities as that of the wired Shuttle® L, like Touch Control technology. The battery motor has an integrated Multi RF receiver, allowing for operation using any Forest remote control option.

Unique in the market
The Shuttle® iOn can be used in combination with curved tracks, which is unique in the market. It fits all Forest motorised track systems, like our most used motorised track system FMS®, motorised rod system MRS® and the motorised design track system, the DS-XL® system.

The Forest Shuttle® S is almost identical to the Forest Shuttle® L with the main difference that the housing is smaller than the Shuttle® L (with integrated power adaptor) because the adapter is placed external. In addition, the Shuttle® S is only available in white. FOREST SHUTTLE® M

The Forest Shuttle® M is the most powerful curtain track motor of the Shuttle® Series. The curtain motor is able to carry curtain weights of up to 70kg. Because the adapter is placed external the Shuttle® M housing is little bit smaller than the Shuttle® L with integrated power adaptor. The Shuttle® M integrates with your smart home technology via dry contacts and RS485 protocol for use with popular automation systems including Lutron, Control 4, Crestron, Somfy, and many others. FOREST SHUTTLE® AC

The Forest Shuttle AC® motor and the Forest Shuttle® L motor look like twins, but they’re really different in some ways. Just like it’s luxurious sister, the Shuttle AC® motor stands for reliability, solidity and a smooth operation. The biggest difference is that this curtain motor is primarily a solution for 230 Volt hard-wired building management systems.

Integrating in Building Automation System
If you are looking for a curtain system that is easy to integrate into a building automation system the Shuttle® AC is a smart solution. Your project or hotel already has a building automation system? The AC motor connects to virtually any system. The big advantage of the AC motor that a data cable is not necessary any more. Ideal for refurbishment projects. The motor will use 100 – 240 V to open or close the curtain. In case of power failure you can open or close the curtain manually. The end limits of the motor will be set automatically.

MOTORISED CURTAIN TRACKS OPTIONS

Standard the Forest Shuttle motors are applicable on the FMS® track system. The Shuttle® M can also be used with a Skylight system (FSS®). More decorative options are also available:

CONTROL OPTIONS

Building automation / App control

Designed for use in any building automation system through the integrated dry contact port in the motor. 230V direct control is possible with the optional Dry Contact Relay. The BUS ports allow for individual and group controls of the motors. Controlling your smart curtains by your smartphone or tablet is also possible with our app solutions: wireless connector and WiFi dongle.

Touch Control technology

A gentle pull will activate the curtain thanks to the smart Touch Control Technology of the motor.

Integrated emergency control

In case of power failure, the curtain can still be moved manually. Standard feature.

Diamond Sense remote control

Available in white and black, can be used to control all Forest motorised window decoration systems. With 15 curtain systems individually and in group by integrated timer function or manual.

Z-Wave domotica
